Visit aspen.cps.edu.
Select Login Assistance on the homepage. Note: This process is for parents. Students must contact their school directly to reset their password.
Click the Reset your password link.
Enter your Login ID (your registered email address) and click Recover Password. A reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Check your inbox and click the Reset password link to open the reset screen.
Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password.
You will be automatically redirected to the Aspen homepage. Enter your Login ID (email address) and new password, then click the Student or Parent/Guardian Log in button to access your portal.

Click Retrieve your Login ID.
Enter your registered email address and click Recover Login ID. An email containing your Login ID will be sent to your inbox. Note: This process is for parents. Students must contact their school directly to obtain their Login ID.

Click on Return to Login Page.
Click on Trouble logging in?
Click on Retrieve your Login ID.
